SeekOut has several features that let you add additional information about candidates. Notes and Comments are two similar -- but distinct -- features for adding information to a candidate record.
Notes you add show up up anywhere you see that candidate in SeekOut -- in search results or in any project. Notes are personal to you. Only you can see your notes. Notes are useful when you always want to associate something with that candidate.
Comments are specific to a project. They don't appear next to the candidate in search results or in a different project. Comments are shared with anyone who has access to the project. They are great for adding feedback about that candidate's fit with a specific role or sharing information with your colleagues or hiring managers.
