Find diverse candidates by simply applying a Diversity Filter on any search, or click on the various diversity categories shown within People Insights.

Here's how you can apply Diversity Filters to your SeekOut searches:

In any Search, simply enable the required Diversity filter to quickly and easily focus on a specific profile pool.


Use Insights to interactively export talent pools - from here you can easily filter your search by clicking on the Diversity category (or any other data point shown).


As part of an AI-Match Search, or when Cloning a profile, edit the Key Characteristics to apply Diversity filters.



Note: Selecting multiple Diversity Filters will apply them with the AND condition.
