AI Matching does what computers do well – extracting and analyzing data, running repetitive processes, weighing relevance while letting you focus on what you’re great at – understanding key job requirements, evaluating candidates, and engaging prospects.
AI Matching is available for all our Premium, Premium Tech, and Expert customers.
How does it work?
- Enter a JD and some additional information and it creates queries that are better than even most Boolean experts can create.
- While SeekOut's AI makes it simple to build powerful searches, it doesn’t dumb down any of SeekOut’s powerful query capabilities. You can still use Boolean strings, field-based Boolean syntax, Power Filters, or any of SeekOut’s filters with AI Matching.
- When AI Matching recommends candidates, you can add them to a project or reject them. When you reject someone, let AI Matching know why so the system can more precisely adjust to your feedback.
What is the Match Score?
The AI Match Search (based on your Job Descriptions plus selected Requirements) you’re running may have many features – and it’s entirely possible that no single person can satisfy all of them.
Seekout starts the AI Match process with profiles who have as many of those requirements as possible (usually nearly all of them) and then starts relaxing search criteria to find the next most relevant matches - the Match Score is based on both the criteria that were relaxed, plus their search ranking (how relevant the profile is).
A Match Score of 99% means we didn't need to relax any criteria.
You can enter multiple Locations. If relocation is an option, you can leave the Location blank.
Enter variations in Job Titles that cover the range of experiences.
For example, if you’re looking for a CFO, you may want someone who is already a CFO, but you might be happy to look at candidates who are Controllers, Directors of Finance, or VPs of Finance
Enter 1-3 mandatory skills in the Required Skills area. AI Matching will look for candidates whose profiles contain ALL of these skills.
