Overview of the Expert Talent Pool

SeekOut Expert Search represents a massive talent pool with tens of millions of candidate profiles you can't find anywhere else. Expert profiles include a complete outline of the patents, papers, and publications SeekOut has indexed, with direct links to publications, a full report of co-authors, and easy-to-understand pop-up explanations for complex terms.

To access this talent pool, go to SeekOut search and select the Expert tab at the top of the page.

You'll see multiple options for starting an Expert sourcing session that target different parameters, such as topics, journal names, affiliations, and even powerful open-ended Boolean search.

There are multiple ways to source from the expert talent pool: you can search by topic area, journal, candidate names, and more.

Expert Profiles

Expert Profiles include a full academic, publication, and patent summary so you can easily gauge how prolific and influential their body of work has been to date, including both h-index and i10-index ratings which measure the impact of research.

Profiles in the Expert talent pool will display information about the different papers and other publications the candidate has.

Powerful Filters and Search

SeekOut's Expert Search filters make it easy to explore by Topic, Conferences, Journal, Company or School Affiliation, or run complex Boolean searches.

There are many unique filters for searching the Expert talent pool, including affiliations, journals, conferences, author scores, and more.

Filter your results by location, date range, publication types, employment history, and research impact.

I found the candidates I like, now what?

When you've found the prospects that fit your role, add them to a project to keep your sourcing journey organized. Once your candidates are in a project, you can get their contact information, export them to a spreadsheet, send their profiles to your ATS, or even start a messaging campaign directly within SeekOut.
