Export a Candidate Profile to PDF

You can export a SeekOut candidate profile to a PDF document, giving you another way to present candidates to your hiring manager. The data you export depends on your plan level.

• Essentials users will export summary, skills, work experience, education, and certifications.

• Professional users will export the above, as well as the candidate's Github profile info, repositories, and contributions (if available).

• Enterprise users will export all of the above, as well as the candidate's Expert academic profile and publications (if available).

• Healthcare users will export work experience, education, certifications, and nurse license info.

Github and Expert profiles that are exported to PDF contain links to their Github repositories and citations.

Contact info (email and phone numbers) and social media links are not exported to the PDF.

How to Export a Candidate Profile PDF

A profile can only be exported to a PDF from the Search page. Only one profile can be exported at a time.

Go to a candidate profile, click More, and select Export to PDF. This will cost 1 export credit. 

Click Download to download the PDF to your computer.

This is what an example of the first page of a candidate's profile in PDF form. Exported profiles can have multiple pages.

The PDF will always include a footer to indicate the profile was sourced from SeekOut, including the export date and candidate name.
