SeekOut integrates with your Recruiterflow account, allowing you to export candidate data from SeekOut and turn them into profiles complete with contact information and work/education history. Candidates can be sent to Recruiterflow as simple prospects, or they can be attached to an existing job.
This article covers how to set up your integration, as well as how to export candidate info from SeekOut to Recruiterflow.
Setting up the Recruiterflow Integration
Before You Begin
Reach out to your support contact or account manager at Recruiterflow and ask them to provide an API Key for your account. Save this key to a safe place; you'll be entering it into SeekOut.
Click your initials at the top right of the SeekOut dashboard, then select Integrations.
Don't see the Integrations option in your menu? Contact your Customer Success Manager or email@example.com and ask to enable ATS integrations for your org.
Connecting to Recruiterflow
On the Integrations page, locate Recruiterflow One-Way Export and click the Connect button.
Leave Recruiter Flow in the Name field, and enter the API Key provided to you by Recruiterflow. Click Save to save your credentials.
When successful, Recruiterflow will appear under the section My Organization's Integrations with the label "Connected."
Integration Connection Test
The first time you set up your integration, SeekOut will try to send a test candidate to your ATS to make sure the integration is connecting properly. If the test succeeds, find the candidate in your ATS and remove them. If the test fails, click Edit Connection to re-enter your credentials and test again.
Removing the Integration
Click the horizontal three-dot button next to a connected integration to Edit or Remove the integration from your SeekOut account.
Exporting from SeekOut to Recruiterflow
To export all candidates in a project your ATS, go to your SeekOut project, click Export and choose Export All to Recruiterflow.
Contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers will only appear in your export if you click Get Email for All and Get Phone for All before exporting.
Alternatively, you can export select candidates from SeekOut by clicking the box next to their profile, clicking Export and then selecting Export X to Recruiterflow. With both methods, clicking Export to Recruiterflow will cause a pop-up window will appear.
You can select a job from the dropdown menu or export the candidates as prospects. If your ATS does not support candidate profiles without email addresses, check the box Generate dummy email addresses for candidates. Click the Export button to export candidates to Recruiterflow. If successful, you will see a confirmation pop-up message that says "Export Complete."
