This article is for setting up a two-way integration between SeekOut and JobDiva. To learn about the one-way export feature, see our article here.

Sort through candidate data from your ATS using SeekOut's powerful search engine and filters. Your JobDiva data is mirrored within SeekOut every day, and SeekOut enriches your data with social links, work history, and education. JobDiva Stage and Status filters are available in a collapsible search menu.

Before You Begin

  • You must create an API username and password in your JobDiva account.
  • You need your JobDiva Client ID. Contact JobDiva support to find your client ID.

Save this information to a safe place; you'll need to enter it into SeekOut.

Setting up the JobDiva Integration

Accessing Integrations

Click your initials at the top right of the SeekOut dashboard, then select Integrations.

Don't see the Integrations option in your menu? Contact your Customer Success Manager or support@seekout.io and ask to enable ATS integrations for your org.

Connecting to JobDiva

On the Integrations page, locate JobDiva Rediscovery and click the Connect button. Leave JobDiva in the Name field, and enter your Client ID, Username, and Password from JobDiva. Click Save to complete your integration.

Connection Stages

Indexing...

The ATS is connected and SeekOut is indexing candidates from JobDiva into SeekOut. This process takes up to four hours. Not all candidates will be visible in the Your ATS tab during the Indexing phase.

Connected / Start ATS Search

Candidates have been indexed from JobDiva into SeekOut. Candidates can be viewed in the Your ATS tab. The index of JobDiva candidates is updated every four hours.

Click Start ATS Search to go to the Your ATS tab.

How to use Rediscovery

Click Your ATS on the Search page to display candidates from JobDiva.

Your ATS has the same search functions that are available in the Public Profiles tab. Use keywords, Boolean, power filters, and diversity filters to refine your search.

Unique features in Your ATS

The Your ATS tab has two additional features:

  • A set of filters specific to your ATS (highlighted in blue below)
  • The candidate's status, job application, resume, and contact information from JobDiva (highlighted in yellow below)

ATS Filters (blue)

The following filter categories are viewable on the Your ATS tab:

  • Status
  • Job
  • Source
  • Recruiter
    • Name of the recruiter assigned to the candidate in the ATS
  • Last Updated

The exact filters available will depend on the data in your JobDiva instance. For example, if your org does not have any candidates assigned to the Technical Phone Screen stage, then that filter will not be shown in SeekOut.

Candidate ATS Status (yellow)

An overview of the candidate's status in JobDiva.

  • Date updated
  • Job
  • Stage
  • Status
  • Email
    • This is the candidate's email from your ATS, not from SeekOut
  • Phone
    • This is the candidate's phone number from your ATS, not from SeekOut
  • Attachments

ATS Insights

SeekOut aggregates candidate data from your ATS and displays interactive charts for diversity, location, current/previous company, job title, and much more. Hover your mouse over a row to see how many candidates share that data point, and click on a row or use filters to refine your results even further.
