Contact Information Credits

Contact information is split into two categories: Email addresses and phone numbers. Each email contact info credit retrieves email addresses for one candidate. Each phone number contact info credit retrieves phone number information for one candidates.

This feature is available for users with Essential, Professional, or Enterprise licenses.

Each SeekOut plan includes credits for finding candidate contact info.

How does SeekOut use contact credits?

If we find multiple email addresses or phone numbers for the same candidate, it doesn't cost you additional credits.

Example:

  • Click Get Email and SeekOut finds one email address, this costs 1 credit.

  • Click Get Email and SeekOut finds three email addresses, this still only costs 1 credit.

When you request contact info for candidates, we require that you have at least as many contact info credits available as the number of candidates for which you are requesting contact info. If you ask for either email or phone number contact info for 10 candidates, for instance, you need to have at least 10 contact info credits.

As soon as you request candidate contact info, we will deduct that number of credits from your account.

It can take a few minutes to retrieve and verify candidate email addresses and phone numbers. When we're done with that process, we refund credits to you for any candidates where we can't find contact information. For instance, if you had 100 credits and asked for email contact info for 10 candidates, your credits would drop down to 90. If, after searching for contact info and verifying email addresses we are able to find contact info for 8 of those candidates, we would refund 2 credits to you bringing your total number of credits up to 92.

Purchasing Additional Contact Credits

From your SeekOut dashboard, click your name at the bottom left and select Account. On your Account page, click the Buy Contact Credits button under the Your Plan section.

Enter your billing address in the popup and select the quantity of credits you want to purchase. Contact credits are sold in packs of 100, so choosing a quantity of 2 will add 200 credits to your account.

Click Next, then enter your credit card information on the following page. Click Charge to finalize your purchase.

Purchasing Other Network Search Credits

From your SeekOut dashboard, click your initials at the bottom left and select Account. On your Account page, click the Buy Search Add-On button under the Your Plan section.

In the pop-up that appears, enter your billing address and select the quantity of search credits you want. Network Search credits are sold in packs of 2000, so choosing a quantity of 2 will add 4000 credits to your account.

Click Next, then enter your credit card information. Click the Charge button to finalize your purchase.

Purchasing Postal Credits

SeekOut for Healthcare users have the ability to create and send automated letters to nursing and other qualifying healthcare professionals they find using SeekOut.

To purchase additional postal credits, please reach out to your CSM or customer support at support@seekout.com.

How many credits do I have per month and when do they reset?

You can keep track of how many credits you have by clicking on your name in the bottom left corner of your SeekOut screen. 

Click your name at the bottom left to see how many credits you have remaining for the month.

For more details - including when your credits expire - click on that Credit portion of the menu.

Credits do not roll over from month to month. If you purchase any add-on credits, however, they will never expire.
